To reset your password:
- Go to international.help.qoria.com
- Select Sign in in the top right.
- Select Forgot password?
- Enter your email address.
- Select Submit.
- We will send you an email with the subject line: Set a new Qoria International password.
- Select the link in the email to reset your password. The link will expire after one hour.
I didn't get a reset password email
It may take up to ten minutes to receive a reset email. If it's been more than ten minutes, try again, paying special attention to your email address.
If you still haven't gotten a reset email, check your spam folder. If it's in your spam folder, make sure to report that it's not spam.
If it's not in your spam folder, you may not be registered for an account, or be registered with a different email. Talk to your organisation's verified contact. You may know them as the account holder, application owner, or application administrator. They can find out if you have a Help Center account and make sure you're using the correct email.
Multiple people in my organisation aren't getting reset emails
This can happen when your organisation's filter, firewall, or anti-spam tools block our email sender. Contact your support team and ask them to allow *.qoriaapis.cloud.
I reset my password but still can’t sign in
- Check the URL in your browser. It should begin with international.help.qoria.com
- If you have signed up to multiple Qoria or Linewize Help Centers, make sure you're using the right credentials for this Help Center.
- Press Ctrl + Shift + R (Command + Shift + R for macOS) on your keyboard to refresh your page and try again
- Open kb.smoothwall.com on a new browser in incognito or private mode and try again.
- If you still can't sign in, please contact your organisation's verified contact, or email our support team.
